Thank you for choosing Adonai Hair Ldn. Please take a moment to read our terms and conditions carefully before booking an appointment. By booking with us, you agree to the following:
1. Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be booked through our official booking system (link in bio).
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your slot. If this is not paid it means there is no booking. There is a £2 service fee that will be added to process this transaction.
Bookings made via Instagram DMs or WhatsApp will not be confirmed until the non refundable booking fee is paid.
Final payment is due in full at the end of your appointment. We accept [cash/card/bank transfer.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your non refundable booking fee to a future booking.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will require full payment before rebooking is accepted.
3. Late Policy
There is a 15-minute grace period. After this, your appointment may be cancelled or shortened, and the deposit will be forfeited.
If you are running late, please notify us immediately.
4. Consultations & Hair Prep
A consultation is required for certain services (e.g. colour, silk press, relaxer, etc.).
Please arrive with your hair detangled, product-free, and ready for styling, unless a wash is included in your service.
If additional detangling/prep is required, an extra fee will be added.
5. Children & Extra Guests
For safety and comfort, no children or extra guests unless being serviced.
Exceptions may be made for minors with prior agreement.
6. Refunds & Service Satisfaction
Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be given.
If you have any concerns with your service, please raise it before leaving. We aim to address any issues respectfully and promptly.
7. Social Media/Online Content
By booking with us, you consent to us taking photos/videos of your hair for promotional use on Instagram and our website. Let us know before your appointment if you do not wish to be photographed.
We respect your privacy and will never tag or post your image without your permission.
8. Allergy Disclaimer
Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to your service.
We are not responsible for any allergic reactions if not disclosed beforehand.
9. Price Changes
All prices are subject to change based on, for example but not limited to, hair length or additional time needed.
Any price changes will be discussed before service begins.
10. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior, poor hygiene, or breach of these terms.
